国内应急物流研究综述

摘  要：应急物流是在重大突发事件发生时保障应急物资的筹集、储存、运输和分配的重要活动，可以有效地降低突发事件的伤害，阻止灾害的进一步扩散。文章围绕应急物流体系、应急设施选址、应急物资配送三个方面整理分析了近几年国内学者的研究现状，对国内应急物流近几年的整体研究进展进行了较为充分的说明，并且总结出了研究的成绩和不足，对后续研究者进一步研究有一定指导作用，最后对我国应急物流未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract： Emergency logistics is an important activity that guarantees the collection， storage， transportation and distribution of emergency materials when major emergencies occur， which can effectively reduce the damage of emergencies and prevent the further spread of disasters. This paper analyzes the research status of domestic scholars in recent years on the three aspects of emergency logistics system， emergency facility location， and emergency material distribution， and fully explains the overall research progress of domestic emergency logistics in recent years， and concludes the achievements and shortcomings of the research have a certain guiding role for follow-up researchers to carry out further research. Finally， the future research direction of emergency logistics in my country is prospected.

0  引  言

近年来，我国发生了诸如地震、洪水、新冠疫情等大规模突发事件，应急物流作为应对突发事件的重要环节，对其的研究越来越受到人们的关注。由于突发事件的突发性与不确定性等特点，大量的应急物资需要用作伤者救助、灾区恢复、卫生防护、秩序维护等，因此对应急物流的研究具有重大的现实意义。目前，国内学者在应急物流体系的构建、应急物流设施的选址、应急物资的配送等方面进行了大量的研究，取得了很多有建设性的成果。但是根据文献检索发现，目前关于国内研究现状与成果综述的文章很少。因此，本文将对近几年国内应急物流研究现状进行总结与评述，在中国知网数据库收集2015～2020年间国内应急物流相关文献数据基础上，对文献按研究内容进行分类分析，找出现有应急物流的研究方法与技术路线，并总结现有研究的不足，为后来的研究者提供方向。……
