大数据背景下海口商贸物流业转型升级分析

摘  要：在海南自由贸易港和大数据技术的协同发展下，海口市政府高度重视商贸物流业的发展。文章在大数据背景下分析海口市商贸物流业转型升级的发展现状和遇到的问题，进而提出海口市商贸物流业转型升级的对策建议，以促进海口市商贸物流业的全面转型升级。

Abstract： With the coordinated development of Hainan free trade port and big data technology， Haikou municipal government attaches much attention to the development of commercial logistics industry. In the context of big data， the development status and problems of transformation and upgrading of commercial logistics industry in Haikou city are analyzed in this thesis， and relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the transformation and upgrading of commercial logistics industry in Haikou city are proposed， with a view to promoting the comprehensive transformation and upgrade of commercial logistics industry in Haikou.

2017年7月20日，国务院发布的《新一代人工智能发展规划》中再次强调以人工智能为代表的智慧物流将成为新一轮产业变革和经济发展的新动力。2018年4月13日，党中央宣布海南全岛建设自由贸易试验区，将逐步探索、稳步推进中国特色自由贸易港建设，分步骤、分阶段建立自由贸易港政策和制度体系。2018年12月21日，国家发改委、交通运输部会同相关部门研究制定了《国家物流枢纽布局和建设规划》，规划中明确指出海口要依托商贸集聚区、大型专业市场、大城市消费市场等，主要为国际国内和区域性商贸活动、城市大规模消费需求提供商品仓储、干支联运、分拨配送等物流服务。

通过以上政策文件可以看出，在海南自贸港的建设背景下，随着大数据技术的发展要求，海口商贸物流业向智能化、无人化、信息化转型升级的趋势迫在眉睫，急需尽快构建国际化、一体化的商贸物流体系，以大数据技术为核心，加强对商贸物流数据资源的实时共享和综合利用等。而智慧物流运用大数据、人工智能、云计算等先进的技术与手段，将传统物流向智能化、信息化、网络化的智慧物流方向发展，可协助企业不断地发展新业务，创新运营模式，增强信息技术在物流系统各环节的分析决策和执行能力，以达到商贸物流业“降本增效”的目的。……
