基于环保视角的物流企业供应链绩效评价研究

摘  要：近年来，经济的快速发展导致企业之间的竞争日益强烈，企业之间的竞争逐步转变为了供应链上企业间的竞争。文章首先剖析了我国物流企业供应链绩效评价现状，在倡导绿色环保的大背景下，从财务、客户、内部经营流程、学习与成长四个维度的基础上，加上绿色环保维度，构建出基于环保视角的物流企业供应链绩效评价体系，然后采用了问卷调查的形式获取数据信息，应用SPSS软件对数据进行信效度的分析，实现对指标的筛选。对现代物流企业具有一定的普适性和参考价值。

Abstract： In recent years， the rapid economic development has led to increasingly intense competition among enterprises， and competition between enterprises has gradually transformed into competition between enterprises in the supply chain. This article first analyzes the current situation of China's logistics enterprise supply chain performance evaluation. Under the background of advocating green environmental protection， based on the four dimensions of finance， customers， internal business processes， learning and growth， plus the green environmental protection the logistics enterprise supply chain performance evaluation system from the perspective of environmental protection is adopted to obtain data information in the form of questionnaire surveys， and the SPSS software is used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data to achieve the screening of indicators. It has certain universality and reference value for modern logistics enterprises.

物流業具备强大的经济效益及发展潜力，被称为当代社会经济的“第三利润源”。作为国民经济发展的基础性、战略性、先导性产业，物流业是实现社会经济目标和任务的有力保障[1]。总体上看，我国物流业的服务水平有了明显提高，升级到了新的发展阶段。然而我国物流业的发展水平与发达国家物流业的发展水平相比较而言仍有很大差距，存在物流费用占比偏高，管理水平较低，资源的消耗量递增，客户满意度低等问题[2]。

国内外大部分学者主要研究了供应链的概念及特征结构，较少关注物流企业供应链评价。Khan等[3]从物流外包角度建立了以财务指标、客户服务水平、柔性及响应为主的物流绩效评价指标。Hertz S[4]重点研究了物流采购过程，通过找出影响采购的风险因素，细化采购过程，针对不同客户提供定制方案，提高采购服务水平。……
