中职汽车专业的改革与探讨

摘 要：改革开放以来，我国社会经济有了很大的发展和进步，职业教育在新的形势和背景下，所占的地位也逐步呈现出上升趋势。同时在国家的重视和推动下，中职教育的发展也在逐步前进，呈现一个良好的趋势。然而国内汽车运用与维修服务专业建设起步较晚，相对于其他的一些专业还是个新生事物，因此对中职汽车专业的改进和人才的培养却成为了一个难题，本文将通过对中职汽车专业进行合理的分析评估并提出一些有价值的方案。

Reform and Discussion of Automobile Specialty in Secondary Vocational

Abstract：Since the reform and opening up， China's social economy has made great progress. Under the new situation and background， the position of vocational education has gradually shown an upward trend. At the same time， under the attention and promotion of the state， the development of secondary vocational education is also gradually advancing， showing a good trend. However， the construction of the domestic automobile application and maintenance service profession started relatively late， and compared to some other professions， it is still a new thing. Therefore， the improvement of the secondary vocational automobile profession and the cultivation of talents have become a problem. This article will pass the vocational automobile profession， and carry out reasonable analysis and evaluation and put forward some valuable solutions.

1 引言

随着汽车技术的不断升级，汽车专业知识的不断增加，汽车维修、诊断等方式也在不断升级改变，使得社会对汽车专业人才的要求越来越高，所以，不断进行汽车专业的实践教学改革，与社会需求接轨，才能培养出适合我国汽车产业发展和社会进步的高技能人才。但我国汽车发展业发展不理想，基础产业不稳，行业技术相对落后，行业人员的专业技术水平普遍有待提高，因此，目前最大的难题就是通过对中职汽车专业的改革而培养出适用于社会汽车行业发展的人才。

2 中職汽车专业存在的问题

2.1 学生对学习不感兴趣

无论在哪一阶段的教学，教师应该将学生作为主体来对待。对于中职学校的学生而言，他们中间大多数学生都存在基础薄弱、注意力难集中的现象，教师应该及时关注学生的学习情况，避免这部分学生产生厌学的心理，甚至完全放弃学习。……
