新能源汽车检测与维修专业“教师,教材,教法”改革实施问题与策略

摘 要：进入21世纪后，科学技术快速发展，高级技工学校的教育发展和社会经济的发展有些距离，高技术的人才在高级技工学校得不到及时的培养，这对社会经济和企业造成了严重的阻碍，而造成此现象的主要原因是传统的教学理念仍未摒弃，高级技工学校培养出的学生不能达到社会发展人才的要求。因此实施三教一体化迫在眉睫。笔者以以广西商贸高级技工学校为例，在新能源汽车检测与维修专业探究了“教师，教材，教法”改革实施问题与策略，以此进攻相关人士进行参考。

Problems and Strategies in the Reform and Implementation of "Teachers， Teaching Materials and Teaching Methods" in New Energy Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Specialty

Abstract：After entering the 21st century， the science and technology developed rapidly. But the educational development of advanced technical schools are backwards compared with the development of social economy. High-tech talents cannot be cultivated in time in advanced technical schools， which has caused serious obstacles to the social economy and enterprises. And the main reason for this phenomenon is that the traditional teaching concepts have not yet been abandoned， and the students trained by advanced technical schools cannot meet the requirements of social development talents. Therefore， the implementation of the integration of the three teachings is imminent. Taking the Guangxi Commerce Advanced Technical School as an example， the author explored the reform implementation problems and strategies of "teachers， teaching materials， teaching methods" in the new energy vehicle inspection and maintenance major， in order to provide reference for relevant people.

1 廣西商贸高级技工学校新能源汽车检测与维修专业面临的困难

1.1 在高级技工学校新能源汽车检测与维修专业中培养学生的实践能力教育体系并没有完善

近几年学生对实践能力有了一定的重视，教师在学生实践能力教育方面也一直在摸索，对于不合理的教学方式也有了一定的优化，这对于学生十分不利，虽然有所改善，但是会让学生在学习的过程中，很难找到适合自己的学习方式。传统的教学方式仍然对三教一体化改革有一定的影响，只有摒弃不良影响才能提高学生的实践能力。

1.2 新能源汽车检测与维修专业基础存在差异性

高级技工学校的学生文化成绩较差，多数都是中考不理想的生源，接受能力也存在着一定的差异性，学习能力基础也各不相同，所以，教师在新能源汽车检测与维修专业教学中要因材施教。……
