浅谈汽车总装工艺规划设计

摘 要：随着我国科学技术的快速发展，许多行业都发生了巨大的变化，其中汽车行业就是变化较大的行业之一，不仅因为人们在日益富裕的情况下对汽车的质量要求越来越高，还因为时代的要求下汽车行业不得不进行改革和创新，像新能源汽车、电动车、混动型汽车都说明了汽车行业的变化。而为了提高汽车行业的整体质量和生产流程，同时还需要更好的呈现出汽车行业的安全性、便利性，促使整个汽车行业的生产效率大幅度提升。因此本文中笔者针对汽车总装工艺的各项技术内容和流程进行分析，并且对汽车总装工艺的设计要点进行阐述。

Discussion about the Process Planning and Design of Automobile Assembly

Abstract：With the rapid development of science and technology in China， tremendous changes have taken place in many industries. Among them， the automobile industry is one of the industries that have changed a lot， not only because people are increasingly demanding automobile quality in the context of increasing wealth. In addition， the auto industry has to carry out reforms and innovations because of the requirements of the times. New energy vehicles， electric vehicles， and hybrid vehicles have all explained the changes in the auto industry. In order to improve the overall quality and production process of the automotive industry， it is also necessary to better present the safety and convenience of the automotive industry， to greatly improve the production efficiency of the entire automotive industry. Therefore， in this article， the author analyzes the various technical contents and processes of the automobile final assembly process， and elaborates the design points of the automobile final assembly process.

1 引言

与其它日、韩、美等工业发达的国家相比，我国的汽车生产行业的技术水平以及整体质量都比较低，而且随着我国市场需求的不断增加导致各个企业的汽车种类都在日益的增加，而为了让汽车企业的不断发展，需要从汽车的技术工艺方面入手，并且进一步提升汽车工作的生产效率，同时还大幅度压缩汽车生产的成本，所以说汽车工艺技术的规划和流程值得我国相关汽车企业更深入的探索和研究。

2 汽车总装工艺的流程

2.1 工艺流程

汽车本身就是有多个机械部件、电子部件、软装部件像组成的，而且在进行汽车的总装过程中，还含有十分多的工艺流程，因此很多零件之间都存在相互的联系，例如外饰线、底盘线、中控线等内……
