汽车制造总装车间生产线输送设备研究

摘 要：本文针对汽车制造总装车间生产线输送设备展开详细分析，要想实现对总装生产线合理的选择和应用，就要对汽车制造总装生产线的基本特征、定义有所认识和了解。将其作为基础，有利于实现对输送设备种类、设备等科学合理的选择，最大限度保证汽车制造总装车间生产线设备安全可靠的运行，为汽车制造总装车间的生产效率、质量提升提供保证。

Research on Conveyor Equipment of Production Line in Automobile Manufacturing Assembly Workshop

Abstract：This article conducts a detailed analysis of the conveying equipment of the production line of the automobile manufacturing assembly workshop. To realize the reasonable selection and application of the assembly production line， it is necessary to have a knowledge and understanding of the basic characteristics and definitions of the automobile assembly production line. Taking it as a foundation， it is conducive to the realization of scientific and reasonable selection of conveying equipment types and equipment， ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the production line equipment of the automobile manufacturing assembly workshop to the greatest extent， and providing guarantee for the production efficiency and quality improvement of the automobile manufacturing assembly workshop.

汽车制造行业近年来的整体发展形势普遍比较良好，涉及到诸多环节。无论是任何环节对整个汽车制造行业的发展都具有非常重要的作用。总装生产线在其中划分为多个环节，在过去的制造生产环节，通常情况下需要利用各种不同类型的输送设备，实现对各环节的有效支撑，将制造的林不间、汽车制造架构等自动化的按照一系列规范化流程进行有效输送。紧接着，可以直接通过机械臂或者是人工的方式，完成整体的总装，以此来实现汽车的自动化生产目标。但是与过去的汽车制造总装生产线进行结合分析时，发现生产线在运作时，对输送设备的选择并没有给予足够关注和重视，通常都是设备可以直接在生产线当中进行运作即可。
