棒材收集辊道的长寿命改造

摘 要：对棒材精整收集辊道辊子磨损、损坏问题进行了分析探讨，提出了解决方案，通过改进辊道盖板的材质、V型辊道辊子、盖板结构的优化改进、辊子材质的改进，提高了辊子的耐磨性。创新辊子的修复方法，利用高温耐磨焊条对辊子进行堆焊，或采用加工钢套法对辊子进行修复，解决了辊道扎钢、钢材捆端部有长头、钢材捆走不动等问题，经济效益显著。

Long-life Transformation of Bar Collecting Roller Table

Abstract：The problem of wear and damage of the rollers of the bar finishing collection roller is analyzed and discussed， and a solution is proposed. Through the improvement of the material of the roller cover， the optimization and improvement of the V-shaped roller， the structure of the cover， and the improvement of the roller material is improved to improve the wear resistance of the roller. Innovative roller repair methods， using high-temperature wear-resistant welding rods to surfacing the rollers， uses the processing steel sleeve method to repair the rollers， which solves the problems of roller table steel binding， steel bundle ends with long ends， and steel bundles which cannot move. The economic benefits are significant.

1 引言

新疆昆玉鋼铁有限公司是石横特钢集团有限公司于2011年在新疆投资兴建的一个长流程钢铁生产企业，建设有高炉炼铁、转炉炼钢、棒材轧钢等生产线，昆玉棒材生产线于2013年6月建成投产，年设计能力100万t，产品规格为Φ12～Φ36的热轧建筑用带肋钢筋。棒材生产线由加热炉、轧机设备、精整收集等设备组成。轧制出的红钢经过冷床冷却后，850t冷剪定尺剪切，冷剪剪切后的定尺钢筋经过定尺辊道、收集台架输入辊道，在三段链挑拣短尺材、不合格钢材，经过拍齐、振动齐头，散捆材进入成型运输辊道、经过打捆机绑扎、变成钢材捆，成捆钢材进入称重台架，进行称重，收集、入库。

2 存在的主要问题及原因分析

棒材生产线的精整收集包括步进式冷床，850t冷剪及其定尺机构，卡卧小车，三段链式移钢机，短尺剔除装置，短尺剔除升降装置，短尺剔除升降装置，拍齐装置，振动料筐，平托卸钢叉，打捆辊道、收集辊道，KYS型卧……
