论温度对HIII50th假人的影响

摘 要：碰撞试验评价中重要的参考依据是假人在碰撞时受到的伤害，而碰撞试验过程中试验室的温度变化会对假人产生一定的影响，因此假人在实验前的状态直接影响车辆在碰撞过程中所采集到的数据是否真实有效，直接影响试验人员对车辆真实情况的评判。精确的数据将使研发人员进一步提高车辆的安全性能，能在车辆发生意外碰撞时保证驾驶员和乘员的安全。本文主要对HIII 50th 假人在21℃和22℃状态下进行标定。通过对不同状态下的HIII 50th假人的头部、颈部、膝部、胸部进行分析比对，可以更加直观的了解到不同的温度对假人的影响。

On the Influence of Temperature on the HIII50th Dummy

Abstract：The important reference in the evaluation of the crash test is the damage of the dummy during the collision. The temperature change in the test room during the crash test will have a certain impact on the dummy， so the state of the dummy before the test directly affects the vehicle. Whether the data collected during the collision is true and valid directly affects the testers' judgment on the real situation of the vehicle. Accurate data will enable R&D personnel to further improve the safety performance of the vehicle and ensure the safety of the driver and occupants in the event of an accidental collision of the vehicle. This article mainly calibrates the HIII 50th dummy at 21℃ and 22℃. By analyzing and comparing the head， neck， knees， and chest of the HIII 50th dummy in different states， it is possible to more intuitively understand the different temperature pairs of the dummy.

1 引言

在汽車安全性能逐渐成为消费者参考依据的背景下，各个汽车试验室和相关制造厂商对代替人体进行碰撞试验的模拟假人提出了更高的标准和要求，尤其是对假人在进行碰撞试验时的温度进行了精确的要求和控制。假人在试验过程中的温度变化可能会对试验的结果形成一定的影响，在不同的温度环境下会使假人身体的皮肤软硬程度产生不同的变化，使试验过程中采集到的数据存在相应的差异。因此在不同温度环境下对假人进行标定分析可以有效地看出假人身体皮肤的真实状态。

2 HIII 50th假人的标定方法与环境温度

将HIII 50th假人放置在温度为21℃和22℃的假人储藏间中进行保温并保持6个小时以上;利用除湿机对储藏间进行湿度控制，使其保持在50%。……
