电力企业基层党建政工工作的新思路分析

【摘  要】关于我党的理论、路线、方针、政策在电力企业中的贯彻，需要做好基层党建政工工作，这是电力企业开展各项工作的基础。基层党建政工工作的开展过程中，为保证工作的覆盖面，并更好地服务电力企业，需要对其进行改革创新，以全新的思路迎接各项问题和挑战，以巩固基层党建在电力企业中的核心地位。为进一步拓展电力企业基层党建政工工作的思路，论文对基层党建政工工作的相关意义进行全面阐述，从多个层面研讨如何创新政工工作，并形成工作的新思路。

【Abstract】As for the implementation of the Party's theory， line， principles and policies in power enterprises， we need to do a good job in the political work of grassroots Party building， which is the basis for power enterprises to carry out all kinds of work. In order to ensure the coverage of the work and better serve the power enterprises， we need to carry out reform and innovation to meet the problems and challenges with new ideas， so as to consolidate the core position of the grassroots Party building in the power enterprises. In order to further expand the ideas of political work of grassroots Party building in power enterprises， this paper comprehensively expounds the relevant significance of the political work of grassroots Party building， discusses how to innovate political work from multiple levels， and forms new ideas of work.

1 电力企业基层党建政工工作的意义

电力企业在社会主义市场经济的宏观环境当中，不可避免地面临行业内外的市场竞争，随着改革开放的进一步推进和深入，这要求深化基层党建政工工作，提高企业的凝聚力、竞争力和经营管理水平，其意义表现为以下几点。

1.1 有利于提升基层组织凝聚力

电力企业基层员工的凝聚力提升，有利于克服基层工作开展的困难和化解基层工作开展的矛盾，尤其在市场经济环境中，更需要增强基层员工队伍的凝聚力。电力企业基层党建政工工作开展的作用之一，就是有利于提高基层组织凝聚力，如政工工作的“党员示范岗”“党员责任区”等，对于发挥电力企业基层员工的思想、组织优势，都有积极的促进作用，一定程度上有利于激发基层员工工作的积极性和主动性，并同时满足基层员工的发展需求，企业与基层员工可达到价值统一的双赢目的。……
