新时代后勤信息化建设的思考

【摘  要】在信息化时代的大背景下，机关、企事业单位的后勤服务保障逐渐呈现网络化、智能化、数字化的发展趋势。加快后勤服务保障信息化建设是时代发展的必然要求，是确保机关、企事业单位高效、精细实施后勤服务保障工作，实现跨越式发展的必要途径。论文结合机关后勤保障工作实际，对加强后勤信息化建设的重要性和影响后勤信息化建设的因素进行系统分析，提出了一些新的建设思路和发展途径。

【Abstract】Under the background of informatization era， the logistics service guarantee of government agencies， enterprises and institutions gradually presents the development trend of network， intelligence and digitalization. Accelerating the informatization construction of logistics service support is an inevitable requirement of the development of the times， and it is also a necessary way to ensure the efficient and meticulous implementation of logistics service support by government agencies， enterprises and institutions and to achieve leap-forward development. Combining with the practice of logistics support in government agencies， the paper systematically analyzes the importance of strengthening logistics informatization construction and the factors affecting logistics informatization construction， and puts forward some new construction ideas and development approaches.

1 引言

后勤服务保障是机关、企事业单位管理工作不可或缺的部分。随着现代信息技术的快速发展，以云计算、物联网、新一代移动通信等为代表的新技术得到广泛应用，网络化、智能化、数字化已成为各领域发展的新趋势，机关、企事业单位的后勤服务保障工作也不例外。

2 信息化是后勤服务保障现代化的发展方向

2.1 信息化是后勤服务保障规范化的必然要求

后勤服务保障涉及办公用房调配、房屋维修、车辆管理、会务管理、访客接待、食堂餐饮管理、环境绿化等方方面面工作，内容繁杂，涉及面广。新时代，后勤服务保障面临了许多新情况、新问题和新矛盾，党和国家提出了新的更高要求，出台了一系列规范性的政策规定，各单位也都细化了一系列的制度措施。只有加快推进后勤信息化建设，顺应党和国家的新要求和广大群众的新期盼，促进后勤服务保障的工作任务、标准要求、岗位责任、工作过程等进一步统一规范，才能有效实现后勤管理的科学化、服务保障的精准化。……
