福建省中小企业对外贸易发展的机遇与风险探析

【摘  要】近年来，随着“一带一路”经济战略的实施以及一系列对外贸易政策的出台，国家致力于构建更大的区域经济合作平台。论文主要分析福建省中小企业对外贸易发展的机遇，探析相关风险，以期更好地促进福建省中小企业对外贸易活动中实现更大的经济增长和企业发展，减少风险因素造成的负面影响。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the implementation of "the Belt and Road" economic strategy and the introduction of a series of foreign trade policies， the country is committed to building a larger regional economic cooperation platform. This paper mainly analyzes the opportunities of the foreign trade development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Fujian Province and analyzes the related risks， so as to better promote the foreign trade activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in Fujian Province to achieve greater economic growth and enterprise development， reduce the negative impact of risk factors.

1 引言

随着互联网信息技术的发展，世界贸易正在逐渐趋于“去全球化”发展，并且随着我国实力的全面增强，在对外贸易活动中的主动权越来越大。福建省是我国实施对外贸易的大省，而中小型企业在福建省的占比非常高，在对外贸易活动中发挥着重要作用。但是中小企业受其发展规模、资金基础等因素的限制，在开展国际经济活动中对风险的预防能力和抵御能力相对而言要小很多，甚至很多中小企业面临着被淘汰的危险。因此，深入分析和研究福建省中小企业对外贸易发展中的机遇和风险对提升企业自身竞争力、提高抗风险能力等有着重要意义。

2 福建省中小企业对外贸易发展的机遇

2.1 在对外贸易活动中具有地理和政策优势

福建省中小企业实施对外贸易有着先天的地理优势，自古以来就是我国实施对外贸易的窗口。随着我国实施经济开放改革政策以来，大批的中小企业在福建省呈现出了飞速的发展趋势，推动了福建省经济活动的全面开展。……
