污染场地土壤调查评价及修复方案探析

摘  要：污染场地是指因堆积、储存、处置等方式，承载了有害物质，对人体健康和环境具有潜在风险的空间区域。该文针对广州一块土地，其原是一家公司生产厂，在“三旧”改造计划中莫名发生火灾，为明确场地内主要污染物及类型，查明起火原因，该文对广州某地块土壤及地下水开展了调查和采样工作。土壤检测结果表明，该场地土壤质量符合标准要求，土壤及地下水检测结果表明，部分指标含量已超过背景值或限定值，并建议对场地中磷含量过高的区块采用化学修复法进行修复，达到无害化处理的目的。该研究为场地风险评估及土壤污染治理修复提供科学依据。

Investigation， Evaluation and Remediation of Contaminated Soil

Abstract： Contaminated site is a kind of space area which has potential risks to human health and environment because of the accumulation， storage and disposal of harmful substances. This article is aimed at a piece of land in Guangzhou， which was originally a company's production plant， and a fire broke out inexplicably during the "Three Olds" renovation plan. In order to identify the main pollutants and types in the site and find out the cause of the fire， the soil and groundwater in a plot of Guangzhou were investigated and sampled. The soil test results showed that the soil quality of the site met the requirements of the standard. The soil and groundwater test results showed that the content of some indicators had exceeded the background value or limit value. It was suggested that the area with high phosphorus content should be mined In order to achieve the goal of harmless treatment， chemical repair method was used. The study provides a scientific basis for site risk assessment and soil pollution remediation.

城市土壤作为地球土壤圈的一部分，具有一定的生态、环境和经济功能，关系到城市生态环境的质量和人类健康。

污染场所是指由于积聚、存储和处置而携带有害物质并对人类健康和环境造成潜在风险的空间区域。具体来说，该空间区域中的有害物质载体包括场地土壤、场地地下水、场地地表水、场地环境空气、残留的场地污染物，例如生产设备和建筑物[1]。
