高校心理危机干预中的学生管理工作流程研究

摘  要：文章深入分析了当前高校心理危机干预工作存在的问题，针对学工系统进行心理危机干预工作时面对的几种常见情況，包括人身安全风险学生的应对措施和监护流程、严重心理问题学生的识别与处理、心理疾病学生休学后复学以及在学校坚持学习的危机学生管理与帮扶、如何对心理危机学生开展支持性访谈等进行了研究，从而帮助高校制定便于相关人员快速掌握、有效运用的规范化操作流程，构建科学完善的高校心理危机干预工作体系。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current psychological crisis intervention work in colleges and universities. The paper studies the coping measures and monitoring process of students with suicide tendency， the identification and treatment of students with serious psychological problems， the resumption of school after the students with mental illness and the management and help of crisis students insisting on learning in the school. This paper studies how to carry out supportive interviews on students with psychological crisis， so as to help colleges and universities to develop a standardized operation process easy for relevant personnel to quickly grasp and effectively use， and to build a scientific and perfect psychological crisis intervention system in colleges and universities.

近年来，大学生心理危机事件频发，引发了社会广泛的关注。2011年，教育部办公厅下发了《普通高等学校学生心理健康教育工作基本建设标准（试行）》，对“大学生心理危机预防与干预体系建设”提出明确要求[1]。在此要求下，高校纷纷开始研究并构建危机预防和干预工作体系，取得了较好的效果，但仍然面临很多需要进一步解决的问题。

一、高校心理危机及影响

高校心理危机主要是指大学生个体或群体遭遇威胁精神或生命安全的事件，生活状况受到显著影响，在认知、情绪、躯体和行为等方面出现异常，并且超出个体应对能力，需要外界力量介入干预的状况。心理危机事件会给大学生个体带来创伤，对整个家庭带来打击，同时也会因大学生身份的特殊性而影响社会安全稳定。大学生心理危机的诱发因素涉及大学生个体、家庭、学校（学工、教务、后勤、保卫、宣传等）以及社会等，影响着高校育人工作的全过程。……
