地方院校电子信息专业学位硕士研究生培养模式探索

摘  要：专业学位研究生是我国根据社会和经济的发展需要而设立的一种与学术型学位研究生地位等同的研究生学位类型，它着重培养具有实际工程应用能力的复合型高层次技术人才。通过对目前专业学位硕士研究生实践应用能力不足的原因分析，对地方院校电子信息专业学位硕士研究生培养方法进行了探索，从培养目标、课程体系、教学内容与方式、导师队伍建设、实践基地建设、评价体系构建等方面建立了与地方院校电子信息专业学位研究生培养目标相适应的人才培养模式。

Abstract： According to the needs of social and economic development， professional degree postgraduates are established in China， which is a kind of postgraduate degree equivalent to academic degree graduate student. It focuses on cultivating integrated high level specialists with practical engineering application ability. Through the analysis of the current professional degree postgraduates lack of practical ability， the cultivation methods of professional degree postgraduates in electronic information major in local colleges has been explored. From the aspects of training objective， course system， teaching content and method， construction of tutor team， construction of practice base and construction of evaluation system， a talent training mode suitable to the training objective of electronic information major postgraduates in local colleges and universities has been established.

社會和经济的发展需要科技，科技的进步需要各种高级人才，具有硕士、博士学位的高级人才在我国的各行各业做出了很大贡献。随着现代社会、国防和经济的快速发展，不仅需要能够进行科学研究的学术型研究生，也需要能够解决工程实际问题的应用型研究生。

1985年，我国开始了工程类硕士研究生培养，当时主要侧重于科学研究和教学，培养的研究生授予工学硕士学位[1]。为了适应我国经济和社会的快速发展的需要，1997年，国务院批准设立工程硕士专业，授予工程硕士学位，主要以在职研究生培养为主。2009年，国务院调整优化研究生教育类型结构，开始面向本科应届毕业生招收全日制专业学位硕士研究生[2]。目前，专业学位研究生已占研究生培养总数的50%以上，培养的人才在社会发展和经济建设中起到了很大的作用，取得了优异成绩。……
