现阶段民办高校思政教育中存在的问题及优化研究

摘  要：政府越来越重视民办高校的思政教育问题，必须将思想政治研究纳入学校的职业发展计划，并在学校人才队伍培养计划中納入思想政治队伍建设，以全面提高思想政治教育水平。有效加强思想政治理论课程建设、思想道德课程、教材和教学团队建设，将中国独特的社会主义理论体系建设进课堂、进教材。在这一方面，师生不断增强对社会主义道路、理论、制度和文化的自信。因此，应当提高民办高校思想政治研究的针对性、有效性、吸引力，引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观就显得尤为必要和重要。鉴于此，文章在分析民办高校思政教育存在的问题基础上，提出了完善和优化的对策和建议。

Abstract： The government has paid more and more attention to the ideological and political education in private colleges and universities. It is necessary to incorporate the ideological and political research into the school's career development plan and the construction of the ideological and political team in the talent training plan of the school， so as to comprehensively improve the level of ideological and political education. We should effectively strengthen the construction of ideological and political theory courses， ideological and moral courses， teaching materials and teaching teams， and build China's unique socialist theoretical system into the integration of teaching media， classroom and brain. Core socialist values are integrated into the whole process of education， teaching and people's education. In this respect， teachers and students continue to enhance their confidence in the socialist way， theory， system and culture. Therefore， it is particularly necessary and important to improve the pertinence， effectiveness and attractiveness of ideological and political research in private colleges and universities， and guide students to establish a correct world outlook， outlook on life and values. In view of this， this paper analyzes the existing problems of ideological and political education in private colleges and universities， and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement and optimization.

随着民办高校招生的不断扩张，学生思想状况的多样性和复杂性日益突出。民办高校思想政治教育的现状是学生的社会责任感不强，他们强调个人理想胜过社会理想和自我价值，而不是社会价值观。为学生制定政治和道德准则。因此，加强民办大学学生思想政治教育研究的紧迫性尤为重要。为了充分领会习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上的讲话精神，结合民办高校的特点和学生的实际情况，增强思想政治研究工作的“主体地位”，不断探索民办高校思想政治研究中存在的问题和对策。加强思想教育，不断创新民办高校思想政治研究的思想和方法。……
