OBE背景下党建引领的中西医结合内科学课程思政

摘  要：“立德树人”是学校的根本任务，每门课程都有育人功能。中西医结合内科学是中西医临床医学专业的核心课程，是临床各科的基础，以高校首批“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室为依托，以党建为引领，坚持OBE教育理念、秉持多样化原则、体现中医药特色，深入挖掘课程中所蕴含的思政元素，探索课程思政实施路径，使课程思政与思政课程相互融合、同向同行，对于提高学生综合素质，促进中西医结合内科学教育教学改革具有重要启示。

Abstract： Fostering character and civic virtue is the fundamental task of the school， and every course has the function of educating people. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine internal medicine is the core course of the clinical medicine major of traditional Chinese and western medicine， and it is the basis of all clinical subjects. Based on the first batch of "double leaders" teachers' party branch secretary studio in colleges and universities， the study takes the party construction as the guidance， adheres to the OBE education concept， uphold the principle of diversity， reflects the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine， digsdeeply into the ideological and political elements contained in the curriculum， explores the implementation path of ideological and political courses， so that the ideological and political courses and ideological and political courses are integrated together， which has important enlightenment for improving students' comprehensive quality and promoting the internal medicine education and teaching reform of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.

OBE（Outcomes-based Education，OBE）是一種基于学习结果的教育模式，突出以学生为中心、产出为导向、持续改进，现已成为教育教学改革的主流理念。课程思政不是一类特定的课程，而是专业课和真善美的结合，是对高校落实“立德树人”根本任务，铸就教育之魂的理念创新和实践创新。为进一步贯彻落实教育部关于《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》，深入推进课程思政与思政课程同向同行，实现协同效应。本文以河北中医学院为例，以高校首批“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室为依托，以党建为引领的中西医结合内科学课程思政教学团队进行的实践探索对实现新时代赋予教育工作者的责任和使命具有重要意义。
