校园邮箱个性化服务的若干思考

摘要：现如今，校园信息化管理已处于常态化，运用网络化远程管理将成为一种必然的趋势。校园邮箱作为重要的信息载体之一，在远程教学、居家办公中使用的频率越来越高。在日常校园邮箱的使用中会遇到诸多的常见问题，如何在拥有时效性、便捷性的前提下，解决邮箱日常产生问题的同时，以信息化知识和信息化技术，助力校园邮箱，提供个性化管理服务，是值得去开展实践与思考的。

Abstract： Nowadays， the campus information management has been in the normalization， the use of network remote management will become an inevitable trend. As one of the important information carriers， campus mailbox is used more and more frequently in distance education and home office. In the daily use of campus mailbox， we will encounter many common problems. How to solve the daily problems of the mailbox on the premise of timeliness and convenience， at the same time， help the campus mailbox with information knowledge and information technology， and provide personalized management services， is worth carrying out practice and thinking.

1引言

随着信息化技术的飞速发展，现如今，在高校信息化管理工作中，通过信息化技术与信息化知识的互相融合，线上办公、网络教学、身份认证、人脸识别、大数据分析追踪等等许多未曾接触过的新兴事物，迅速覆盖到我们的校园工作和生活中，且密不可分，整合资源，协调能力，实施方案迅速落地。各种大胆尝试、勇于突破、诸多挑战与反思，加快推动了校园信息化发展前进的步伐。线上线下融合发展的趋势正在深化，伴随而来的是，如何在信息化服务给师生带来便捷体验的同时，去完善与提升管理与服务。以高校信息化管理服务——校园邮箱管理为例，由此引发了若干思考。

2信息化服务的变化与挑战

校园信息化管理已在各大院校中逐渐被重视，智慧门户、OA系统、校园邮箱等各种管理系统都已普及应用，但仅作为日常常态化管理辅助模式运行，无论是个性化功能或者智能管理服务并未完全深化其内涵及应用场景。……
