新工科背景下双创基础课程实践经验与思考

摘  要：为了在我国新工科、新产业快速崛起这一特殊时代背景下，满足我国不同学科、领域、专业大学生群体对创新创业基础课程的迫切需求，文章首先探讨了当下社会发展赋予创新创业基础教学的时代意义。接着，结合大学生课堂问卷调查结果，分析并揭示了当下大学生创新创业基础课程教学的首要任务。最后，列举我校理科、工科、文科三个学科专业的大学生创新创业基础课程在实践教学过程中遇到的具体问题，分享了不同学科与专业开展创新创业课程的教学方法侧重点与实践经验。

Abstract： In order to satisfy the urgent requirements of college students in different disciplines， fields and majors for innovation and entrepreneurship courses under the special background of the rapid rise of new engineering and new industries in China， this paper first discussed the epochal significance of basic teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship endowed by the current social development. Then， combined with the results of college students' classroom questionnaire survey， we further analyzed and revealed the primary task of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship course and basic teaching. Finally， by listing the specific difficulty encountered in the detailed teaching process of innovation and entrepreneurship courses for college students majoring in science， engineering and liberal arts， and some practical experience of teaching methods of innovation and entrepreneurship courses in different disciplines and majors were shared.

作為创新与创业教育的前身，创造教育在我国的学术研究史已有近百年[1-5]。而直到上世纪末，应我国改革开放后市场经济发展面临的新局面，源自于国外的“创新教育”西方概念被学界广泛关注，并于1998年首次获得中共中央认可[6-8]。而中国创业教育这一概念则是在1988年被我国学者首次提出[9]。直到本世纪，针对创业教育的探索与实践工作在教育部直属的几所试点大学悄然展开。其标志性成果便是2008年，教育部建设了32个创新与创业人才培养示范区，为“创新创业教育”于2010年被教育部文件《教育部关于大力推进高等学校创新创业教育和大学生自主创业工作的意见》所采纳奠定实践基础[10]。最后，于2015年5月在国务院办公厅颁行的《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》文件中继续沿用了“创新创业教育”概念，这标志着在全国层面普及创新创业教育已然成为我国的长期战略目标[11]。……
