大学生创客管理服务平台的设计与实现

摘 要：在国家“双创”背景下，高校纷纷组建创新创业中心进行大学生创新创业教育。本文结合郑州航空工业管理学院创新创业中心众创空间运行情况，根据大学生对创新创业平台和创新项目的需求，高校教师指导学科竞赛和组织学生参与科研项目需求以及创新创业中心管理者的工作管理需求，创建了“大学生创客-项目-指导教师”对接平台，设计并开发了大学生创客管理服务平台。

Abstract： Under the background of national "innovation and entrepreneurship"， colleges and universities have set up innovation and entrepreneurship centers to run College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship education. In this paper， based on the operation of innovation and entrepreneurship center of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics， according to the needs of college students for innovation and entrepreneurship platform and innovation projects， the needs of college teachers to guide discipline competition and organize students to participate in scientific research projects， and the work management needs of the managers of innovation and entrepreneurship center， we created a docking platform of "college student maker project instructor"， designed and developed a college student maker management service platform.

1 研究背景

自2014年9月李克強总理在夏季达沃斯论坛上提出“大众创业、万众创新”的口号后，全国就掀起了“大众创业”“草根创业”的新浪潮。“大众创业、万众创新”不仅是发展的动力之源，而且是富民之道、公平之计、强国之策，对推动经济结构调整、打造发展新引擎、增强发展新动力和走创新驱动发展道路具有重要意义。高校众创空间作为此发展背景下的产物，它的出现给大学生创客群体带来了一定的帮助，为他们营造创新创业氛围、促进各种资源的开放共享等起到了积极的作用[1]。郑州航空工业管理学院（以下简称郑航）积极响应“大众创业、万众创新”的时代号召，认真贯彻落实国家和省委、省政府关于深化高等教育创新创业教育改革的各项决策部署，立足学校办学实际，强化顶层设计，完善制度保障，健全机构设置的同时，成立了郑航众创空间。

尽管各大高校在各项政策的推动下积极建设众创空间，但不同高校因人才、资金等存在差异，使得众创空间的发展并不均衡[1]。……
