专业认证背景下以学生为中心的精细化管理模式的探索

摘要：为了机械设计制造及其自动化专业参加工程教育专业认证，我院按工程教育专业认证的要求，对传统的学生管理模式进行了调整和改革，改变了传统意义的“以学生为中心”——“保姆式”的大包大揽、溺爱学生的管理模式。取而代之的是以激发学生源动力为目的，以学生的成长成才为中心的分级式引导、一对一重点引导以及点面结合的精细化管理模式。改变管理模式后，毕业生的综合素质明显得到了提升。学生是动态变化的，所以对学生的教育管理也需要随之而调整，文章最后提出了持续改进的方案。

Research on the Fine Student-Centered Management Mode under Professional Accreditation

Abstract： In order to participate in the engineering professional certification for Mechanical Design， Manufacturing and Automation major， in accordance with the requirements of the engineering professional certification， the traditional student management mode has been adjusted and reformed. Changed the traditional meaning of "student-centered" —— "Babysitting" management mode， to stimulate the potential of students， it has been presented a hierarchical guidance centered on students' growth， one-on-one focus guidance， and a fine management mode of dot-faced integration. Finally， this paper proposes the measures of continuous improvement with the constant change of students.

0 概述

专业认证是指在《华盛顿协议》指导下的工程教育专业认证，主要针对国际上工程学历的资格互认。我国于并于2016年正式加入《华盛顿协议》，成为该协议的第18个正式會员。专业认证要求所有教育教学活动都必须“以学生为中心”^[1]。此处的“以学生为中心”不是传统意义上的 “以学生为中心”——“保姆式”的大包大揽、溺爱学生，而是以学生的成长成才作为高校教育教学的中心。为筹备机械设计制造及其自动化专业的专业认证，我院按专业认证的要求，对传统的学生管理模式进行了调整和改革，提出了学生的政治思想教育与专业教育相结合，紧紧围绕人才培养质量这个总体目标，点面结合、重点突出的精细化管理。

1. 现状分析

传统的以学生为中心的课堂是老师讲学生听;传统的以学生为中心辅导员的工作是“保姆式”的照顾学生，替代“中国式父母”的“全方位”服务。……
