基于小学道德与法治课与法治教育融合的思考

摘  要：将法治教育融入小学道德与法治课程一方面是新课标提出的要求，另一方面对小学生法律意识的培养以及道德修养水平的提升有重要的意义。文章基于核心素养教育，对将法制教育溶于小学道德与法治课程的重要性进行了研究，并提出了小学道德与法治课程与法治教育有效融合的措施。

关键词：小学道德与法治课;法治教育;融合思考

Thoughts on the integration of moral and rule of law course and rule of law education in primary schools

【Abstract】On the one hand，it is the requirement of the new curriculum standard to integrate the rule of law education into the primary school moral and rule of law curriculum. On the other hand，it is of great significance to cultivate the primary school students' legal consciousness and improve the level of moral cultivation. Based on the core literacy education，this paper studies the importance of integrating the legal education into the primary school moral and rule of law curriculum，and puts forward some measures to effectively integrate the primary school moral and rule of law curriculum and rule of law education.

小学生作为我国未来社会发展的栋梁和希望，所以学校、家庭及社会都具有重要的指导责任和义务。在我国社会主义制度下，道德和法治是公众所认可的社会秩序，同时也是承载着我国未来发展希望的小学生所必须遵守的行为规范。而对小学生开展法制教育的主要目的，是希望在儿童时期的未来公民能够了解自己所应承担的责任和义务，同时也能自觉遵守有关道德与行为规范，尽可能避免学生由于各种因素的影响在发展过程中走入歧途。

1.小学道德与法治课融合法制教育的必然性分析

从理论层面分析：加强社会主义法治建设，有助于提升我国社会文明精神水平。目前我国正朝着法治社会的建设方向不断迈进，从国内外法制发展史可知，能否向公民普及法治意识在一定程度上反映了一个国家在法治层面的水平。而公民法治意识的普及和提升离不开教育事业的重要作用，在我国多年来的长期努力下，具有我国特色的社会主义法律体系已大致建成，并且也基本夯实了法制基础，但仍需要通过不懈努力来实现公民法治素养的提升，这也是促进法治社会建设的进一步工作。……
