科技管理创新对企业持续性发展重要性的几点思考

摘  要：本文基于对科技管理创新的重要性进行分析，提出了作为科技管理创新的管理者和决策者应具有较高的管理能力和创新意识外，还应有对科技的前瞻性和市场竞争力的综合分析与预判能力。重视科技管理创新人才队伍的培养，立足企业根本，并与时俱进响应市场需求，这样才能更好地输出管理效益，增加产品技术附加值，提高科技服务质量，增强企业市场核心竞争力。通过科技管理创新驱动企业科技实力的整体提升，并促进企业向更高科研技术平台和更广阔的空间发展。

Thoughts on the Importance of Science and Technology Management Innovation to the Sustainable Development of Enterprises

Abstract： Based on the analysis of the importance of technology management innovation， this paper proposes that as managers and decision makers of technology management innovation， they should have a high degree of management ability and innovation awareness，and should also have comprehensive analysis and prediction ability of science and technology forward-looking and market competitiveness. We should attach importance to the cultivation of scientific and technological management innovative talents， base on the fundamental of the enterprise， and keep pace with the times to respond to the market demand， so as to better output management benefits， increase the added value of product technology， improve the quality of scientific and technological services， and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise market.Drive the overall improvement of the enterprise's scientific and technological strength through technological management innovation， and promote the enterprise to a higher scientific research technology platform and a broader space.

習近平总书记指出：“要推动以科技创新为核心的全面创新，抓住了科技创新就抓住了牵动我们发展全局的牛鼻子”[1]。科技创新是技术型企业持续深入发展的必经之路，在竞争对手林立的行业内，科技创新的速度、效率和成果决定了它在行业内的发展空间和市场经济地位。科技管理创新作为企业科技创新发展的一项重要内容，它的创新思路和理念应遵循企业的立足之本，并以独特、敏锐的技术管理思维，帮助企业高层决策者或管理者找到下一个新的经济增长点，帮助企业找到实现转型升级、技术突破和深入发展的方向与途径。因此科技管理创新对以核心技术为竞争力的科技型企业尤为重要。
