新时代汽车行业和高职汽车专业的发展探索

摘 要：工业4.0已经到来，中国智能制造2025蓝图已经开始实施。在这个人工智能、万物互联、知识爆炸的时代，汽车行业的发展必然会融合这个时代先进技术。而为这个行业培养技术人才的高职汽车专业，也即将迎来融合时代特征的大变革。

Exploration on the Development of Automobile Industry and Higher Vocational Automobile Specialty in the New Era

Abstract：Industry 4.0 has arrived， and China's smart manufacturing 2025 blueprint has begun to be implemented. In this era of artificial intelligence， interconnection of everything， and knowledge explosion， the development of the automotive industry will inevitably incorporate the advanced technologies of this era. The higher vocational auto major， which cultivates technical talents for this industry， is also about to usher in a big change that integrates the characteristics of the times.

1 引言

以人工智能、物聯网、大数据等为代表的第四次工业革命已经加速到来，新时代催生了无数新技术、新工艺、新行业、新理念。作为可以集新时代技术大成的汽车领域，也逐渐从概念化走向实用化。我国也制定了新的汽车发展纲领，坚持电动化、网联化、智能化的新能源汽车发展方向，希望能在新的发展时期，实现汽车行业的弯道超车。汽车行业的新发展，也亟需新的技能人才。如何培养适应新时代发展、国家和社会需要的新型高职学生，我们也需要首先倾心打造探索新的汽车专业，做好汽车专业的顶层设计。

2 汽车行业发展的趋势

2.1 汽车新能源加速发展

世界环境污染日益严重，再加上不可再生能源日益短缺甚至面临枯竭，全球各国越发重视环保和能源问题，因此，造成能源消耗和环境污染的汽车行业也成了各国技术革新的重点[1]。各国也投入巨大的人力物力，加速向新能源汽车方向转型，催生了各种各样的新能源汽车技术，如混动、电动，燃料电池等。

我国是石油资源匮乏之国，动力命脉也一直掌握在别国手中，因此国家已经通过政策导向把新能源汽车技术列为我国的国家战略来进行优先发展。……
