机械设计制造及其自动化的特点与优势

摘 要：近年来，我国社会经济、信息科学技术发展迅速，带动了我国机械设计制造行业的高质量发展，有利于提高我国机械制造业的发展潜力，为推进社会经济发展建设提供重要保障。在先进信息科学技术的推动下，将数控技术等信息化手段融入行业的更新与高质量发展是必然趋势。本文结合机械设计制造及其自动化发展现状，总结出其发展趋势为：智能化、网络化、虚拟化、电子化。

Abstract：In recent years， the rapid development of China's social economy and information science and technology has promoted the high-quality development of the machinery design and manufacturing industry， which is conducive to improving the development potential of the machinery manufacturing industry and provides an important guarantee for promoting social and economic development. Driven by advanced information science and technology， it is an inevitable trend to integrate information technology such as CNC technology into the industry's renewal and high-quality development. This article combines the development status of mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation， and summarizes its development trends as： intelligent， networked， virtualized， and electronic.

1 引言

機械设计制造及其自动化的发展是我国经济和信息科学技术水平协调、高质量发展的结果。机械设计及其自动化，有利于提高企业生产过程的智能化水平，对提高产品生产效率、生产质量等具有积极作用。在社会经济发展建设进程进程不断加快的背景下，社会生产对机械设计制造及其自动化提出更高要求[1]。为满足社会发展需要，进一步提高社会资源的应用效率与质量，推动企业产品生产高质量发展，有必要对机械设计制造及其自动化的特点与优势进行探究。通过对机械设计制造及其自动化的特点分析，探索其在生产过程中的优势，并对机械设计制造及其自动化的发展趋势进行展望，对机械设计制造及其自动化高质量发展、实现企业良好的经济效益与社会效益，具有积极意义。
