浅析优化项目绩效管理对城市照明设施管理工作的促进与提升

【摘  要】随着我国城市化进程的加快，城市基础设施建设正在逐步完善。城市照明作为当前城市基础设施建设中非常重要的一部分，对于提升城市居民生活品质、优化夜间出行环境有很大的积极作用。城市照明设施管理作为城市照明的基础工作，各级政府部门在公共服务建设中投入了大量资金来支持相应的工作，但实际成效因项目绩效管理环节的不健全而大打折扣。如何利用有限的财政资金达到城市照明设施管理成效的最大化，是我们需要认真思考的问题。论文针对在优化项目绩效管理方面如何做好城市照明设施的管理工作进行深入探究。

【Abstract】With the acceleration of China's urbanization process， the construction of urban infrastructure is gradually improved. As a very important part of the current urban infrastructure construction， urban lighting plays a very positive role in improving the quality of life of urban residents and optimizing the nighttime travel environment. Urban lighting facility management is the basic work of urban lighting. Government departments at all levels have invested a lot of money in public service construction to support the corresponding work， but the actual effect is greatly reduced due to the unsound project performance management link. How to use the limited financial funds to achieve the maximum effect of urban lighting facilities management is a problem that we need to seriously consider. This paper focuses on how to do a good job in the management work of urban lighting facilities in the aspect of optimizing project performance management.

1 引言

在社会主义现代化建设新时期，城市照明对于当前城市发展有很大的促进作用。城市照明设施是照明工作的基础，如果不能进行有效管理，城市照明工作的质量会受到很大的影响，最终导致财政预算资金使用效率低，很难推动城市照明建设的进一步发展。项目绩效管理的引入和优化，将会更好地推动照明设施管理工作质量和效率的提升。接下来就探讨在优化项目绩效管理方面如何做好城市照明设施的管理工作。

2 城市照明设施管理的重要意义

城市基础设施对于城市居民的生产和生活都有很大程度的影响，城市照明不仅仅是城市的基础设施，也是城市景观的延伸。因而在城市建设中，城市照明设施的管理工作具有非常重要的意义。……
