企业财务管理中的成本控制探讨

【摘  要】财务管控中的成本控制，能够提升企业运作资金的效率，提升对于各个管理环节的控制作用，发现企业在财务管控和业务发展中存在的薄弱之处，及时采取高效的补救措施和手段，不断改善企业内部的管理机制，促进企业自身管理能力的强化和提升。因此，财务成本控制作为一个体系化发展的管理过程，需要具有完善的流程以及科学化的具体操作方式，在完善的企业内部控制环境下发挥自身的引导和约束作用。

【Abstract】The cost control in financial management and control can improve the capital operation efficiency of the enterprise， improve the control role of each management link， find the weakness of enterprise in financial management and control and business development， timely take efficient remedial measures and means， so as to continuously improve the internal management mechanism of the enterprise， and promote the strengthening and improvement of the enterprise's own management ability. Therefore， financial cost control as a systematic development of the management process， need to have a perfect process and scientific and specific mode of operation， and play its guiding and restraining role in the perfect enterprise internal control environment.

1 引言

财务管理是在企业管理目标的指挥之下，对企业内部的资金开展筹措、营运、投资和分配等具体活动，从而借助资金运作提升企业管理的效能。在现代化企业管理实务中，财务管理不仅需要关注其自身的效率、效能问题，同时，要关注管理过程中产生的各项成本，提升资金使用效率。财务成本控制作为一个体系化发展的管理过程，需要具有完善的流程以及科学化的具体操作方式，在完善的企业内部控制环境中有效发挥自身的引导和约束作用。

2 企业财务管理中成本控制的作用

落实财务管控中的成本控制目标，能够提升企业运作资金的效率，发挥对于各个管理环节的控制作用。

2.1 保证企业的经济效益

成本控制在具体管控过程中会借助成本费用指标的形式影响财务控制的方方面面。在成本费用目标的引导和控制之下，企业能够对各个部门以及各个环节的成本、费用使用情况进行监督，在发生与预期目标偏差的成本使用行为后，能够及时展开纠偏的措施，控制成本风险，能够促进企业自身效益目标的完成。……
