浅谈加强现代企业财务会计管理的具体措施

【摘  要】现代企业管理包含了人事管理、车间管理、材料管理、财务管理等各个方面，其中财务管理在企业经济的发展中占据了很重要的地位，只有“钱”得到了保证，才能确保企业各个环节的顺利进行。所以准确的财务管理信息可以为现代企业提供可靠的支持。企业经济的发展离不开财务管理，只有保证财务管理工作的顺利开展，才能使企业的生产顺利、企业的资金合理使用，从而使管理者不必瞻前顾后，为企业的发展作出正确的决策。

【Abstract】Modern enterprise management includes personnel management， workshop management， material management， financial management and other aspects， in which financial management occupies a very important position in the development of enterprise economy. Only by ensuring the "money"， can we ensure the smooth progress of all links of the enterprise. So accurate financial management information can provide reliable support for the modern enterprise. The development of enterprise economy is inseparable from financial management. Only by ensuring the smooth development of financial management work can the production of the enterprise be smooth and the funds be used reasonably， so that the managers do not have to worry too much and make correct decisions for the development of the enterprise.

1 引言

当前，企业的发展需要大量的人力、物力的支持，只有其合理分配，才能让企业更好地发展，这就离不开管理工作的支持，而现代企业中财务管理的重要性就显得尤为突出了。现代企业需要保证资金的合理分配，用有限的资金创造最大的利用价值，收获最大的效益。同时，想要提升企业的综合实力，就必须能够适应现代经济发展的要求，建立科学的、合理的各种制度，首要完善的就是现代企业财务管理制度，下面就对现代企业财务会计管理中存在的不足进行分析，研究加强财务会计管理的具体措施。

2 现代企业中对财务会计管理的定位

现代企业中财务会计作为企业资金的管理者，不仅需要保障企业生产经营活动能够正常进行，还需要合理地制定财务目标，帮助企业实现资本增值，现代企业财务会计能够利用财务方面的经济杠杆，帮助企业实现资产负债率提高，优化企业的各种投资理财行为。……
