试论高速公路工程管理风险评估方法分析

【摘  要】我国在大力发展经济的同时，非常注重高速公路施工建设工作的开展。现阶段，高速公路工程数量逐步增多，高速公路自身属于高级公路的范畴，车辆在实际行驶期间，具有行驶速度快的特点，其与普通公路进行比较，承载着更多的车流量。在实际落实高速公路施工建设工作期间，能否正确开展管理工作与风险评估工作至关重要，这就要结合实际管理要求，对风险评估模式进行优化创新，消除各类风险隐患。

【Abstract】While vigorously developing economy， China attaches great importance to the development of expressway construction. At this stage， the number of expressway projects is gradually increasing. Expressway belongs to the category of high-grade highway. During the actual driving period， vehicles have the characteristics of fast driving speed. Compared with ordinary highway， it carries more traffic flow. In the actual implementation of expressway construction work， it is very important to carry out the management and risk assessment work correctly. It is necessary to combine with the actual management requirements， optimize and innovate the risk assessment mode， and eliminate all kinds of risks.

1 引言

高速公路工程与普通道路工程施工进行比较，具有较高的施工要求。在落实高速公路工程施工建设工作期间，会受到多种不确定因素的影响。为保证施工安全和施工质量，就要正确开展风险评价与风险管控工作，在预防施工期间各类影响因素的同时，还要保证施工进度和施工质量，防止对高速公路工程施工建设造成严重损失。这就要求风险评价人员要作出精准的判断，严格按照风险评价流程做好各项工作，在制定完善的风险处理方案的同时，节省更多人力、物力和财力资源。本文从高速公路工程风险类型入手，结合其风险评价的各项内容展开阐述，针对如何正确开展风险评价工作进行全面探讨。

2 高速公路工程风险类型

2.1 工期延误风险
