对智能化质量管理应用于制造企业的研究

【摘  要】随着社会转型与科技的发展，制造企业的智能化质量管理越来越受到关注。将智能化质量管理应用于制造企业，有助于对生产流程与产品质量进行有效管控，而且可以为企业提升经济效益方面提供助力。基于此，论文就制造企业的智能化质量管理进行论述，以期为制造企业智能化管理水平的提升提供理论支持。

【Abstract】With the social transformation and the development of science and technology， the intelligent quality management of manufacturing enterprises has been paid more and more attention. The application of intelligent quality management in manufacturing enterprises is conducive to the effective control of production processes and product quality， and can provide assistance for enterprises to improve economic benefits. Based on this， the paper discusses the intelligent quality management of manufacturing enterprises， so as to provide theoretical support for the improvement of the intelligent management level of manufacturing enterprises.

1 引言

制造企业的生产过程是一个复杂的系统性过程，其核心即为智能化质量管理，而质量管理是以控制为核心，也就是说，制造企业的一切工作都是围绕质量控制来进行的。对于企业的智能化质量管理工作，并不只是对生产过程中的问题的发现过程，而应是在发现问题的同时，以此制定并不断完善管理方法与体制建设。

2 制造企业质量管理的不足

就现阶段而言，制造企业的质量管理力度方面较国外发达国家的制造企业仍有一定的差距，例如，企业内部人力资源管理缺乏智能化理念，组织结构还不够完善;企业生产流程中的质量管理体制不够科学以及监管力度不足。此外，企业质量管理的相关内容未明确、不够细化等均是现阶段我国制造企业所表现出的不足之处。

3 智能化质量管理在制造企业中的应用
