天麻的药理作用及应用研究进展

【摘 要】 天麻最早记载于《神农本草经》，临床价值显著，具有镇静、镇痛、抗惊厥、改善记忆等神经系统药理作用，对心血管系统和免疫系统等也有较为广泛的药理活性，在众多的中药方剂和制剂中都有其显著而确切的疗效。文章对其有效成分的药理作用和应用情况进行概述，以期为天麻的开发利用提供依据。

Abstract：Gastrodia elata Bl. is a common and precious traditional Chinese medicine in China. It was first recorded in Shennong herbal classic. It has significant clinical value. It has sedative， analgesic， anticonvulsant， memory improving and other nervous system pharmacological effects. It also has a wide range of pharmacological activities on cardiovascular system and immune system. It has significant and definite curative effect in many traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and preparations. In this paper， the pharmacological action and application of Gastrodia elata were summarized， and the basis for the development and utilization of Gastrodia elata was provided.

天麻為兰科植物天麻（Gastrodia elata Bl.）的干燥块茎，是一种具有显著临床应用价值的中药，有息风止痉、平抑肝阳、祛风通络等功效[1]，广泛用于治疗头痛头晕、癫痫、神经痛、抽筋、高血压等疾病[2]。天麻无根无叶，靠寄生于蜜环菌获得营养，所含成分复杂，包括酚及其苷类、有机酸类、多糖类、甾醇类等，其中天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇、对羟基苯甲醛[2]、巴利森苷类[3]是天麻中重要的化学成分，在天麻中含量较高并且有多种生理活性。

天麻作为药食同源的中药材，具有很高的药用价值、保健价值、营养价值和食用价值。除了具备传统中药毒性低、副作用少等优势，天麻也是一种功能性食品[4]，可用于增强免疫力，减缓氧化，降低血脂和血压，改善疲劳等。现将其药理作用及饮片、制剂等的开发利用情况综述如下。

1 药理作用研究

1.1 对神经系统的作用

1.1.1 镇静催眠 天麻素（化学名为对羟甲基苯-β-D -吡喃葡萄糖苷，又称天麻苷）、对羟基苯甲醇（天麻苷元）具有显著的镇静、催眠作用[5-6]，通过抑制中枢多巴胺（DA）能神经末梢对DA的重摄取和储存，使得脑内DA含量降低[7]而发挥作用。……
