腰骶部阿是穴推拿治疗原发性痛经54例疗效观察

【摘 要】 目的：观察分析腰骶部阿是穴推拿手法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供思路。方法：选取原发性痛经患者54例，采用自身前后对照的方法，于患者月经来潮前5～7d开始进行腰骶部阿是穴推拿治疗，每日1次，至经期第1天止，疗程为1个月经周期，连续治疗3个疗程，采用VAS及CMSS在每个经期结束的第1天进行评分，观察治疗前后各积分的变化情况，连续观察记录3个月经周期，治疗结束随访3个月经周期后进行疗效评定。结果：患者治疗前后VAS评分和CMSS积分差异均具有显著的统计学意义（P<0.05）。54例患者经手法治疗后，临床痊愈13例，显效23例，有效9例，无效9例，总有效率为83.3%。结论：运用腰骶部阿是穴治疗原发性痛经的疗效显著，可明显降低患者VAS评分和CMSS积分，具有无副作用、操作简单、便捷、有效的优点。

Abstract：Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of lumbosacral Ashi points massage in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea， and to provide a new idea for clinical treatment.Methods 54 patients with primary dysmenorrhea， adopt the method of self contrast before and after， in patients with menstrual cramps before 5-7 d to lumbar di ministry is Ashi points massage therapy， 1 times a day， to period 1 day， course of treatment for a menstrual cycle， continuous treatment 3 period of treatment， the VAS and CMSS rating at the end of each period of day 1， observe the change of the integral before and after the treatment， continuous observation record three menstrual cycles， the end of follow-up of curative effect evaluation after three menstrual cycles.Results VAS scores and CMSS scores were significantly different before and after treatment （P<0.05）.After manipulation treatment， 13 of 54 patients were cured， 23 had obvious effect， 9 had effective and 9 had no effect， and the total effective rate was 83.3%.Conclusion The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with Ashi points is effective and can significantly reduce VAS score and CMSS score. It has the advantages of no side effects， simple， convenient and effective operation.

痛經是指女性绝经前，在经期间或其前后表现为周期性的下腹部疼痛或坠胀感，可在经期时伴有严重的恶心、呕吐、四肢冰冷或痛至晕厥[1]。中医称之为“经行腹痛”。近年来许多学者研究发现，女性的痛经发病率逐年升高，18～30岁为痛经高峰期[2]。痛经对女性的正常社会生活、工作造成极大影响，在止痛过程中还可能掩盖实际病情，导致恶性妇科疾病治疗的延误，更有甚者会影响生育、威胁生命。痛经是许多女性面临的一项难题，并且情况愈发严峻，因此积极探究有效的治疗方法已然成为众多学者研究的热点。本研究采用腰骶部阿是穴对54例原发性痛经患者进行治疗，现报道内容如下。
