建筑经济管理中资金管理控制对策

【摘  要】如何有效控制施工单位的经济成本是如今人们急需解决的问题，也是建筑单位在施工过程中不得不面临的一个问题。建筑经济管理会直接影响工程质量与施工情况，因此，建筑单位需要大幅提升经济管理技术水平，降低不必要的经济支出，推动企业稳定发展。论文主要对建筑行业资金管理的作用进行分析，并阐述了如今存在的部分问题与解决策略。

【Abstract】How to effectively control the economic cost of construction units is an urgent problem to be solved， and it is also a problem that construction units have to face in the construction process. Construction economic management will directly affect the engineering quality and construction situation. Therefore， construction units need to greatly improve the technical level of economic management， reduce unnecessary economic expenditure and promote the stable development of enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the function of capital management in construction industry， and expounds some existing problems and solutions.

1 引言

资金管理对建筑行业的发展具有极为关键的作用，其涉及范围较广，在建筑过程之中有着极为重要的功效。随着城镇化建设脚步的加快，如今建筑行业之间的竞争也越来越激烈，而企业所能获取的利润空间也逐渐降低。因此，建筑单位必须加大资金管理力度，对资金进行最优化分配，提高自身市场竞争力。

2 资金管理在建筑行业中的作用

2.1 减小投资风险

建筑工程具有规模大、涉及区域广泛以及施工周期长等特征，在施工过程之中存在大量不确定因素。例如，水泥、钢筋以及人工等价格在施工过程中会随着市场、天气等因素的变动而不断发生起伏变化，如若建筑单位没有进行科学预算，预算结果低于成本投入，将极有可能导致施工过程资金链的中断，造成工期延误，加大投资方投资风险[1]。

2.2 保证工程顺利开展

如今建筑行业虽然有了极大程度的进步，但是仍旧存在资金链中断、后期资金预备不足等现象，这种现象的频繁出现，要求建筑单位对资金进行科学的管理与精准的预算。……
