新时代国有企业基层党建工作创新研究

【摘  要】国有企业基层党建工作对于社会的发展以及企业的进步都有着十分重要的作用。基层党组织不仅引领着企业的发展方向，而且对企业的改革和创新有着十分显著的领导作用。在新时代的发展背景之下，国有企业基层党建工作的创新刻不容缓，这不仅可以提升国有企业的市场竞争力，而且在发展的过程当中能更好地凝聚人心，提高当前国有企业基层党建工作的战斗力，推动我国国有企业基层党建工作朝着更高的目标发展。

【Abstract】The grassroots Party building work in state-owned enterprises plays a very important role in the development of society and the progress of enterprises. Grassroots Party organizations not only lead the development direction of enterprises， but also have a very significant leading role in the reform and innovation of enterprises. Under the background of the development of the new era， the innovation of the grassroots Party building work of state-owned enterprises is of great urgency， which can not only enhance the market competitiveness of state-owned enterprises， but also better unite the people in the process of development， improve the fighting effectiveness of the grassroots Party building work of state-owned enterprises， and promote the grassroots Party building work of state-owned enterprises in China to develop toward a higher goal.

1 引言

当前的国有企业，基层党务工作者面对日益复杂的生存环境，必须要对当前的党建工作进行深刻的思考，这样才能够明确当前党建工作中所存在的一些问题，才能够更好地汇聚经验和力量，在未来基层党建工作的过程当中，呈现更加生生不息的动力。国有企业基层党建工作的创新和发展是为了提高工作的效率，保障国有企业的未来的发展方向，从而更好地奠定未来改革和发展的基础。本文主要从开展基层党建工作创新的重要性，以及国有企业在创新党建工作中所面临的新挑战等进行了仔细的阐述，通过完善新时代下国有企业的基层党建工作，创新当前国有企业的基层党建工作方式，从而为国有企业基层党建工作，在未来的发展提供坚实的保障。
