大数据环境下企业财会工作的创新模式探讨

【摘  要】大数据的飞速发展提高了企业的业务效率，带来了管理上的便利。特别是在财会工作中，大数据的应用是工作方式方面的创新，不仅提高财会工作质量，还带动企业的经济增速加快。论文着重讨论企业在应用大数据系统的环境下，财会工作中突出的问题，并针对这些问题提出创新性的工作思路，以期提高财会的工作质量，给企业带来经济效益。

【Abstract】The rapid development of big data has improved the business efficiency of enterprises and brought the convenience of management. Especially in the accounting work， the application of big data is an innovation in the way of work. It not only improves the quality of accounting work， but also drives the acceleration of the economic growth of enterprises. This paper focuses on the prominent problems in the financial and accounting work of enterprises in the context of the application of big data system， and puts forward innovative work ideas for these problems， so as to improve the quality of financial and accounting work and bring economic benefits to enterprises.

1 引言

企业的财会工作主要是经济数据的统计和分析、经济方案的编制等主要内容，这些工作具有数据量大、信息统计分析复杂等特点，造成企业财会人员往往工作压力较大，这与其工作内容和性质有关。而大数据的应用，一方面可以很好地对信息的收集进行自动化的收集和分析，减轻会计人员繁重的工作量，并能够提高工作质量，进而产生经济效益。另一方面，可靠的信息数据收集能力，有助于为企业提供科学的经济决策，规避管理上的风险，进而促进企业的发展。

2 大数据概述

2.1 大数据系统的定义

大数据系统是以计算机、网络通信为载体，网络信息为基础发展出的一项应用技术，是信息技术的衍生品，其用途广泛，因此，对其定义较难，简单总结，将大量的数据信息进行收集和整理，并根据信息内容的特征和联系进行分类，从而应用于发现某些规律，提高相关行业的工作效率。当前计算机、网络通信等在各个企业都大量应用，甚至实现了办公自动化系统，那么这就为大数据系统的应用提供了良好的基础。……
