新时期如何做好印刷设备的管理工作

【摘  要】近年来，在经济与科技快速发展的背景下，我国的印刷技术有了较大的进步。在新时代背景下，我国报纸行业应该针对印刷设备进行合理应用与科学管理。各企业必须在新时期下加强对印刷设备的管理工作，使其能够保证报纸的印刷时效和印刷质量，更好地满足人们对报纸的需求。因为设备管理工作是印刷企业中最为重要的核心工作之一，所以如何做好智能化、自动化、高速化设备的维护和管理成为当前企业的难题，论文以此为核心展开探讨。

【Abstract】In recent years， under the background of the rapid development of economy and science and technology， China's printing technology has made great progress. Under the background of the new era， China's newspaper industry should make reasonable application and scientific management of printing equipment. All enterprises must strengthen the management work of printing equipment in the new era， so as to ensure the timeliness and quality of newspaper printing and better meet people's demand for newspapers. Because the equipment management work is one of the most important core work in the printing enterprises， how to do well the maintenance and management of intelligent， automatic and high-speed equipment has become a difficult problem for the current enterprises. This paper takes this as the core to discuss.

1 引言

印刷生产中要用到大量的专业印刷设备及配套的辅助设备，在新时代的技术支持下，很多印刷厂都完成了对自身印刷设备的数字化、智能化的技改工作，越来越多的精密高效的现代化印刷设备投入了使用。在此背景下，为更好地提高生产效率和产品质量，企业必须加强对设备的科学管理和维护，在对设备性能充分掌握的前提下，还要加强对设备的运行效率和使用寿命的管理，本文以此来展开分析，探讨对于印刷设备的具体管理措施。

2 印刷设备的重要性

报社印刷厂的印刷设备种类较多，由于印刷技术的不断更新，很多报社印刷厂在设备技改上都加大了投入，由传统老旧设备向数字化精密设备转变，设备结构更加复杂，操作更加简便。价格也十分昂贵，在设备的使用速率和效率越来越高的情况下，对这种集电子、机械、光学、液压、气动、制冷等一系列专业技术于一身的设备进行管理和维护具有十分重要的意义。……
