企业财税管理现状及解决措施

【摘  要】在我国经济社会的发展与转型升级过程中，社会改革逐步深入。现阶段，关于企业财税管理现状及解决措施的探讨研究也得到越来越多的重视。要想实现高效的财税管理对企业发展的积极促进作用，就需要重视应用严谨的管理机制，成功推动现代企业发展。论文对企业财税管理现状及解决措施进行了简要分析，以期促进现代企业不断提升整体发展水平。

【Abstract】In the process of China's economic and social development， transformation and upgrading， social reform is gradually deepening. At this stage， more and more attention has been paid to the discussion and research on the current situation of finance and tax management in enterprises and the solutions. In order to achieve the positive role of efficient financial and tax management in promoting the development of enterprises， we need to pay attention to the application of rigorous management mechanism to successfully promote the development of modern enterprises. This paper briefly analyzes the current situation of finance and tax management in enterprises and the solutions， so as to promote modern enterprises to continuously improve their overall development level.

1 引言

随着社会发展水平的不断提升，当前阶段企业运行过程中财税管理得到了越来越多的重视。财税管理水平会影响企业整体经营管理状况，对企业经济效益产生显著影响，通过调查研究可以发现，当前阶段企业财税管理工作开展过程中还存在一些问题，显著影响了企业发展水平的提升。因此，对企业财税管理现状及解决措施进行研究分析具有重要的现实意义。

2 我国企业财税管理的现状

我国企业财税管理现状分析具有一定的系统性和复杂性，具体而言，可以从以下方面展开分析和探索。

2.1 系统化程度不足

众所周知，随着我国财税管理制度改革的逐步深入，当前阶段，我国市场运行规范化程度不断提升，企业运行过程中的管理制度也逐渐完善。在社会运行过程中，我国政府有关部门提出了企业财税管理的相应优惠政策，为相关企业提升发展水平提供了较多便利条件。但是随着税制改革的逐渐深入，在企业财税系统化发展过程中也产生了一些问题，对于传统企业而言，企业运行过程中财税管理水平不高，对于改革的反应不够及时，难以在短期内对自身财务管理状况进行及时调整。……
