摘 要:由于鎂合金具有质量轻、强度大、消震性能好等优势,能够作为体育器械的制造材料,并且相比于传统的体育器械材料,镁合金能够提高器械的性能,有助于提高使用者的运动水平。所以镁合金在体育器械中具有非常广泛的应用。由于人类对体育器械性能要求不断提高,镁合金的性能也需要相应提高。文章对镁合金制备及其性能进行分析,通过对镁合金基材进行等离子熔覆处理,使用两种不同复合涂层,分别为TiB2-TiC:Al=2:1和TiB2-TiC。然后研究镁合金基体、TiB2-TiC和TiB2-TiC:Al=2:1改性层的硬度、耐摩擦性和抗腐蚀性。实验结果表明:通过显微硬度测试,熔覆层的硬度最高,且结合区和熔覆层的硬度都大于镁合金基体;通过摩擦磨损测试,镁合金基体的磨损失重最大,经过表面改性的镁合金具有更好的耐磨性能;通过电化学性能测试,经过表面改性的镁合金具有更好的抗腐蚀性能,且TiB2-TiC:Al=2:1涂层抗腐蚀最强,其次为TiB2-TiC涂层,镁合金基体的抗腐蚀性最弱。改性之后的镁合金具有更强的耐腐蚀性和抗摩擦性能,作为体育器械的材质能够提高器械的使用寿命和使用性能。

Abstract:Due to its advantages of light weight, high strength, and good shock absorption performance, magnesium alloy can be used as a manufacturing material for sports equipment, and coMPared with traditional sports equipment materials, magnesium alloy can improve the performance of equipment, and helps improve the users exercise level. Therefore, magnesium alloys are very widely used in sports equipment. Due to the continuous improvement of human performance requirements for sports equipment, the performance of magnesium alloys also needs to be improved accordingly. Therefore, the paper analyzes the preparation and performance of magnesium alloys. By plasma cladding the magnesium alloy substrate, two different composite coatings are used, namely TiB2-TiC:Al=2:1 and TiB2-TiC. Then study the hardness, friction resistance and corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy matrix, TiB2-TiC and TiB2-TiC:Al=2:1 modified layer. The experimental results show that: through the micro-hardness test, the hardness of the cladding layer is the highest, and the hardness of the bonding zone and the cladding layer are greater than the magnesium alloy matrix; through the friction and wear test, the magnesium alloy matrix wears the largest weight loss, after surface modification magnesium alloy has better wear resistance; through electrochemical performance test, surface-modified magnesium alloy has better corrosion resistance, and TiB2-TiC:Al=2:1 coating has the strongest corrosion resistance, followed by TiB2-TiC coating, the magnesium alloy matrix has the weakest corrosion resistance. Therefore, the modified magnesium alloy has stronger corrosion resistance and anti-friction performance. As the material of sports equipment, it can improve the service life and performance of the equipment.
