足球运动防护用HGB/TPU复合泡沫材料制备及其性能

摘 要：足球运动具有一定的危险性，为了降低运动员受伤程度，需要使用到相关的防护用具，为了提高防护用具的效果，其中所使用到的材料非常关键。文章将研究一种HGB/TPU复合泡沫材料，该材料具有很强的吸收冲击荷载能力，而且质量轻、力学性能较好，作为足球运动防护用具材料将能够起到较好的防护作用。所以文章通过实验研究，制备HGB/TPU复合泡沫材料，然后研究其性能。实验结果表明，HGB含量为2%、发泡剂含量为1%、发泡方式为注塑发泡时，能够得到性能更好的材料。

Abstract：Football has a certain degree of danger. In order to reduce the injury of athletes， it is necessary to use related protective equipment. In order to improve the effect of protective equipment， the materials used in it are very critical. This paper will study a kind of HGB/TPU composite foam material， which has a strong ability to absorb iMPact load， and it has light weight and good mechanical properties. As a protective material for football sports， it will play a better protective role. Therefore， through experimental research， the paper prepared HGB/TPU composite foam material， and then studied its performance. The experimental results show that when the HGB content is 2%， the blowing agent content is 1%， and the foaming method is injection molding foaming， materials with better performance can be obtained.

聚合物泡沫属于一种轻质结构材料，具有很强的吸收冲击荷载能力，而且其隔音和隔热性能都很好，但是泡沫的力学性能比较弱，不能经受住加大力量[1-2]。足球运动具有一定的危险性，容易遭到各种碰撞和摩擦，从而导致运动员受伤，所以在足球运动员在运动过程中会穿戴防护用具，如果将聚合物泡沫作为防护用具的材料，除了不能满足防护用具的力学性能，其他的所有性能都能够满足。如果对聚合物泡沫进行改性研究，增强其力学性能，那么能够在足球运功防护中具有非常好的应用效果。于是文章将主要研究一种HGB/TPU复合泡沫材料，目的在于增强力学性能，从而能够将其运用到足球运动防护中。
