汽车研发项目管理的创新路径探索

摘 要：随着我国经济的高速发展，对汽车的消费量持续增加，汽车市场发展也异常迅猛。各大汽车生产厂商为了更快占领汽车市场，在汽车产品研发中的投入不断增加，这对汽车研发项目管理提出了更高的要求，需要认真做好汽车研发项目的创新工作。为此，笔者将要在本文中对汽车研发项目管理的创新路径进行探索，希望对促进我国汽车产业的发展，可以起到有利的作用。

Exploration on the Innovative Path of Automotive R&D Project Management

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's economy，the consumption of cars continues to increase，and the development of the car market is also extremely rapid. To occupy the automobile market faster，the major automobile manufacturers are investing more and more in the automobile product research and development，which puts forward higher requirements for the management of automobile research and development projects，and it is necessary to do a good job in the innovation of automobile research and development projects. Therefore，the author will explore the innovative path of automobile R&D project management in this paper，hoping to play a beneficial role in promoting the development of China's automobile industry.

1 前言

在汽车制造市场竞争不断激烈的今天，为了进一步提升企业自身的管理水平和自主创新能力，保证企业得到稳步的发展，就需要企业在管理理念上不断进行创新，积极引进先进的管理手段，有效推进企业各项工作得到顺利的开展，为企业发展提供源源不断的动力，从而实现企业利益的最大化。

2 汽车制造业研发项目管理的特点

在全球持续高速发展的今天，汽车研发项目环境变化非常快，各种研发项目越来越多，不断为汽车制造业注入新鲜的血液，促进汽车制造业正在以非常快的速度发展。
