以无人F1赛车为平台培育智能网联汽车创新创业人才

摘 要：目前我国智能网联汽车人才供需严重失衡，复合型、创新型人才培养是应用型本科院校研究重点。文章以湖北汽车工业学院智能科学与技术专业开展的大学生无人驾驶方程式大赛（FSAC）为例展开研究，探索“智能网联汽车创新创业人才”培养新模式。分析了该专业人才培养目标及FSAC大赛考核知识技能点，通过以赛促教的路径探索专业人才培养方案及教学模式，以提高智能网联汽车人才培养质量。

Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents for Intelligent and Connected Cars with Unmanned F1 Racing Cars as a Platform

Abstract：At present， there is a serious imbalance between the supply and demand of intelligent networked automobile talents in China， and the cultivation of compound and innovative talents is the research focus of applied undergraduate colleges. The article takes the Autonomous Driving Formula Competition （FSAC） for college students conducted by Hubei Automotive Industry Institute of Intelligent Science and Technology as an example to explore a new model of "intelligent and connected automobile innovation and entrepreneurial talents" training. The article analyzes the training objectives of the professional talents and the FSAC competition assessment knowledge and skill points， and explores the professional talent training plan and teaching mode through the path of promoting education by competition to improve the quality of intelligent networked automobile talent training.

汽車产业正在向智能化、网联化与共享化方向发展，以智能网联汽车为载体，结合人工智能、物联网、大数据与5G通讯等前瞻技术，构建以自动驾驶、车联网、智慧物流与出行为主题的智慧交通生态服务系统正在形成。随着汽车 “三化”的发展，我国智能网联汽车人才供需关系存在严重失调，人才数量和质量存在问题，复合型、创新型技术人才非常匮乏。为此，高校应做好人才培养的前端工作，培养学生自主学习能力、创新能力、专业复合应用能力。如何开展智能网联汽车人才模式、提高人才培养质量是高等院校不断探索研究的热点。笔者对湖北汽车工业学院开设的新专业（智能科学与技术）通过“以赛促教”的路径展开探索研究，以中国汽车工程学会认定的FSAC大赛展开赛项内容分析，对智能网联汽车人才培养方案提出优化意见，深入改革教学内容、教学方法，着力培养面向智能网联汽车的创新创业人才。……
