城市轨道交通智慧车站建设策略

摘 要：随着我国科学技术的发展，城市配套设施的不断优化升级，人们对于尝试轨道交通的要求也是越来越高。城市轨道交通的发展中，智慧车站的建设对于人们来说是极为重要的，现如今随着信息技术的进步，事物都已经朝着智能化所发展。因此，本文针对城市轨道交通智慧车站的建设进行研究，阐述了城市轨道交通车站所出现的运营问题，提出了智慧化车站建设策略以及方案，为我国未来的城市轨道交通发展贡献一份力量，仅供参考。

Construction Strategy of Smart Station for Urban Rail Transit

Abstract：With the development of science and technology in China and the continuous optimization and upgrading of urban supporting facilities， people's requirements for trying rail transit are getting higher and higher. In the development of urban rail transit， the construction of smart stations is extremely important for people. Nowadays， with the advancement of information technology， things have developed towards intelligence. Therefore， this article conducts research on the construction of urban rail transit smart stations， expounds the operational problems of urban rail transit stations， proposes smart station construction strategies and plans， and contributes to the future development of urban rail transit for reference.

随着我国城市轨道交通的快速发展，我国城市人口的增加。导致在乘坐城市轨道交通的人们越来越多，庞大的客流导致城市轨道交通的管理经营上面临着不小的挑战。但以目前的状况来看，不仅人们对于城市轨道交通的乘坐体验要求越来越高，城市轨道交通车站的其他业务也是极为繁杂的，传统车站的建设与运营已经不能良好的满足现如今的乘客的需求。因此，应该将城市轨道交通的车站充分進行智慧化建设，提升乘客的满意度，不断提升自身的服务质量，这对于地铁公司的发展来说，是极有该领域促进意义的。

1 城市轨道交通车站所出现的运营问题

1.1 乘客服务问题

在这个问题中，存在着以下几种问题，第一是乘客的咨询事件较多，且服务台的人力资源有限，不能便捷有效的提供解答，在面对一些特殊性问题时，往往不能提供一个准确的答案，这种事件是极为欠缺效率的。……
