河北省少数民族传统体育发展与传承研究

摘  要：少数民族传统体育项目是我国少数民族经过数千年的生产、生活方式提炼出来的体育活动，是少数民族人民的智慧和结晶，是我们中华民族的优秀传统文化。少数民族传统体育项目集趣味性、观赏性、健身性、娱乐性、民族性于一体，推动少数民族传统体育项目发展，不仅有助于我国全民健身与全民健康国家战略的开展，还能促进广大人民群众的主观获得感、幸福感、民族自豪感。该研究从河北省少数民族传统体育开展现状出发，结合当前发展情况进行SWOT分析，研究当前河北省少数民族传统体育在外来文化猛烈冲击的情况下所遇到的优势、劣势、机会和可能遇到的威胁风险，得出河北省少数民族传统体育社会化发展的策略。

Abstract： The traditional sports of ethnic minorities are the sports activities refined from the production and life style of ethnic minorities in China after thousands of years. They are the wisdom and crystallization of ethnic minorities and the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. Minority traditional sports are interesting， ornamental， fitness， entertainment and national. To promote the development of minority traditional sports is not only conducive to the development of national fitness and national health strategy， but also can promote the majority of the people's sense of subjectivity， happiness and national pride. This study starts from the current situation of the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Hebei Province， combined with the current development of SWOT analysis， studies the advantages， disadvantages， opportunities and possible threats of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Hebei Province under the fierce impact of foreign culture， and obtains the strategies for the socialization development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Hebei Province.

隨着社会的进步、经济的发展和时代的变迁，人们的生活发生了质的变化。大数据时代，信息和文化交流瞬息万变，新生事物和外来文化冲刷着人们的思想、文化，人文思想和社会文化也在潜移默化中受到外来文化的影响和渲染，这对经历了多个历史朝代而传承下来的民族传统体育亦产生了巨大影响。我国是一个多民族的国家，每个民族都有着自己的特色和文化，这些特色和文化是我们中华民族的瑰宝，是我们中华民族的特色文化，中华人民不仅要保护这些瑰宝，还应该将其进行传承与发展。
