五加生化胶囊治疗对药物流产早孕妇女血常规指标的影响

摘要 目的：探究五加生化膠囊治疗对药物流产早孕妇女血常规指标的影响。方法：选取2019年7月至2020年1月皖南医学院第二附属医院收治的药物流产早孕患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组给予米索前列醇+米非司酮，观察组在米索前列醇+米非司酮药物流产基础上给予五加生化胶囊，比较2组治疗效果、出血情况（出血量、出血持续时间）、尿量、脉搏、舒张压、收缩压、血常规指标。结果：观察组治疗有效率较对照组高，（96.67%比80.00%，χ2=4.043，P=0.044<0.05）。2组脉搏比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组出血量少于对照组，出血持续时间短于对照组，舒张压、收缩压高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前，2组患者血小板计数、血红蛋白水平、白细胞计数水平比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗9 d后，观察组血小板计数、血红蛋白水平、白细胞计数水平优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前，2组患者孕酮（P）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）和黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）水平比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗9 d后，2组患者FSH、P、E2水平均较治疗前下降，LH水平较治疗前提高（P<0.05），而且观察组FSH、P、E2低于对照组，LH水平高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论：五加生化胶囊治疗应用于药物流产早孕妇女中，能够有效止血，改善血常规指标，改善性激素水平，疗效确切，值得在临床中应用。

Abstract Objective：To explore the effects of Wujia Shenghua Capsules in the treatment on blood routine indexes of early pregnancy women with medical abortion.Methods：A total of 60 cases of medical abortion and early pregnancy patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from July 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects，and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method，with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given misoprostol+mifepristone，and the observation group was given Wujia Shenghua Capsules on the basis of misoprostol+mifepristone drug abortion.The 2 groups were compared with the treatment effect and bleeding situation（bleeding volume，bleeding persistence），urine output，pulse，diastolic blood pressure，systolic blood pressure，blood routine indicators.Results：The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（96.67% vs.80.00%，χ2=4.043，P=0.044<0.05）.There was no significant difference in pulse between the 2 groups（P>0.05）.The bleeding volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group，the bleeding duration was shorter than that of the control group，and the diastolic and systolic blood pressure were higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）.Before treatment，there was no significant difference in platelet count，hemoglobin level，and white blood cell count between the 2 groups（P>0.05）.After 9 days of treatment，the platelet count，hemoglobin level，and white blood cell count of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P<0.05）.Before treatment，the levels of progesterone（P），follicle stimulating hormone（FSH），luteinizing hormone（LH） and estradiol（E2） in the 2 groups were not significantly different（P>0.05）.After 9 days of treatment，the levels of FSH，P，E2 in the 2 groups were lower than before treatment，and the level of LH was higher than before treatment（P<0.05），and the FSH，P，E2 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，and the LH level was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Wujia Shenghua Capsule treatment being used in early pregnancy women with medical abortion，can effectively stop bleeding，improve blood routine indicators，and improve the level of sex hormones.The curative effect is definite，and it is worthy of clinical application.

药物流产是终止早期妊娠的非手术方式，米索前列醇和米非司酮是药物流产的常用药物，完全流产率超过90%[1]。与手术流产比较，药物流产更加操作方便，减轻患者痛楚，避免流产并发症、经济，是终止早期妊娠的首选方法。然而，药物流产后阴道流血时间较长，倘若不及时治疗，可能有大出血和宫腔感染风险[2]。中医认为，药物流产后阴道出血是中医“产后血崩”的范畴，主张采用活血化瘀、补气养血的治疗原则[3-5]。五加生化胶囊是在经典名方生化汤基础上提取的胶囊剂，在改善流产后阴道出血持续时间长的并发症上具有显著效果[6-7]。……
