阿托伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并持续性心房颤动的效果分析

摘  要：目的  评估2型糖尿病合并持续性心房颤动患者实施阿托伐他汀与二甲双胍联合治疗的可行性。方法  针对76例东明县中医医院诊治的2型糖尿病合并持续性心房颤动患者纳入实验资料，抽取时间为2019年1月～2020年1月，以随机数字表法对患者分成实验组与参照组，每组各38例。分别行二甲双胍治疗、阿托伐他汀与二甲双胍联合治疗，比对两组治疗前后血脂相关指标、血糖及动脉血管内皮功能相关指标。结果  2型糖尿病合并持续性心房颤动患者治疗前总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯指标及血糖、血管内皮依赖性舒张功能具有一致性，显示出数据检验无统计学意义（P>0.05）。实验组治疗后总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯低于参照组，显示出数据检验统计学意义（P<0.05）。较之于参照组，实验组治疗后高密度脂蛋白、血管内皮依赖性舒张功能水平较高，显示出数据检验统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论  2型糖尿病合并持续性心房颤动患者予以阿托伐他汀与二甲双胍联合治疗效果显著。

Abstract： Objective  To evaluate the feasibility of atorvastatin combined with metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with persistent atrial fibrillation. Methods  76 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with persistent atrial fibrillation diagnosed and treated in our hospital were included in the experimental data. From January 2019 to January 2020 were selected， and the patients were divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method， with 38 patients in each group. Metformin treatment， atorvastatin combined with metformin treatment were given respectively， and blood lipid， blood glucose and arterial endothelial function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results  Total cholesterol， high-density lipoprotein， low-density lipoprotein， triglyceride indexes， blood glucose， and endothelial-dependent diastolic function were consistent before treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with persistent atrial fibrillation， showing no statistical significance（P>0.05）. After treatment， total cholesterol， low-density lipoprotein and triglyceride in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group， showing statistical significance（P<0.05）. Compared with the control group， high-density lipoprotein and endothelium-dependent diastolic function in the experimental group were higher after treatment， showing statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion  Atorvastatin combined with metformin has a significant therapeutic effect in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with persistent atrial fibrillation.

持续性心房颤动是多种心脏疾病的主要症状之一，也是非器质性心脏疾病的表现，2型糖尿病患者发生持续性心房颤动的比例相对较高，随着糖尿病病程时间的延长，加之患者年龄升高，发生持续性心房颤动的风险也随之升高，严重危害2型糖尿病患者的生命安全[1]。目前临床治疗2型糖尿病合并持续性心房颤动多采用药物控制方式，以稳定患者血脂、血糖、血压为主要治疗目标[2]。对此，本研究对2型糖尿病合并持续性心房颤动治疗方式加以分析，讨论阿托伐他汀與二甲双胍联合治疗的应用价值。
