生物可降解高分子材料在食品包装中的应用

摘  要：食品包装一般被用来作为一种特定的容器来储存食物，在人們的日常生活当中极为常见，人们日常所需的食物往往都离不开食品包装。随着社会经济的发展与现代人们生活质量的不断提升，各类食品包装逐渐引发了十分严重的污染问题，对人们的生存环境造成破坏，特别是一些由不能被降解的高分子材料制作而成的制品包装，其对环境造成的污染尤为恶劣，生物可降解高分子材料能够有效改善当前的污染现状，有效降低高分子材料制成的食品包装对环境造成的影响。本文将从传统食品包装所具有的危害开始进行阐述。

食品包装源于人们生活水平的不断提升和对食物提出的要求的提升，当社会发展到具有贸易和交换行为时，食品包装就会逐渐成为食品交易过程中的重要组成部分。食品包装在食品交易过程当中所起到的最主要的作用就是保证商品在进行交易、运输的过程中不会被外界因素所影响而导致品质出现问题，从而保障商品所具有的原有价值。随着社会经济发展和人们生活质量的不断提升，促使了现代高分子材料食品包装的产生。随之而来的是这些食品包装所产生的污染，这些高分子材料很难在自然发展的过程当中被分解，因此会变为大量的固体废物，对环境产生极其恶劣的影响。……
