摘 要:本文针对一台超临界660MW机组存在的三抽温度偏高现象,分别从汽缸中分面泄漏、中压进汽插管泄漏、中压进汽密封环失效等方面分析原因,判断造成三抽温度偏高的主要原因为中压进汽密封环失效。然后通过更换密封环、对插管处氧化皮的清理、对密封环与配合槽的热胀间隙的优化调整等措施,最终解决了三抽温度偏高的问题。提高了机组运行的经济性和安全性,同时也为其他类型的电厂提供借鉴。

Analysis and Treatment of the Problem of High Temperature in the Third Steam Extraction of Supercritical 660MW Unit

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of high temperature of three extraction in a supercritical 660MW unit, this paper analyzes the causes from the aspects of cylinder split leakage, middle pressure steam inlet pipe leakage and middle pressure steam inlet seal ring failure, and concludes that the main cause of high temperature of three extraction is the failure of middle pressure steam inlet seal ring. Then, by replacing the sealing ring, cleaning the oxide scale at the intubation, optimizing the adjustment of the thermal expansion gap between the sealing ring and the matching groove and other measures, the problem of high temperature of the third extraction was finally solved. At the same time, it also provides reference for other types of power plants.

随着国家对能源企业节能减排要求的不断提高,供热改造成为火电机组发展的新趋势和新方向,因此改造后的机组会遇到一系列的问题,其中比较严重的就是抽汽温度过高问题[1]。经过调研后发现,一些电厂机组改造后已经出现过类似问题[2-4],对机组的安全经济运行产生重要影响。引发该问题的因素有很多,因此仅从单方面来排查是不够的[5-7]。本文结合现有调研及运行经验,分别从汽缸中分面泄漏、中压进汽插管泄漏、中压进汽密封环失效等方面分析了原因,并在该电厂开缸检查后发现是中压内缸螺栓断裂,导致未充分做功的再热蒸汽通过内缸中分面间隙,泄漏至三抽腔室,导致三抽温度偏高。通过优化措施,彻底解决了三抽温度偏高的异常问题。
