乌拉地尔联合硝酸甘油对34例老年高血压急症患者的疗效分析

摘 要 目的：分析乌拉地尔联合硝酸甘油对老年高血压急症患者血压的影响。方法：选取68例老年高血压急症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各34例。对照组采用静脉滴注硝酸甘油治疗，观察组在此基础上采用助静脉微泵注射盐酸乌拉地尔注射液治疗。观察两组治疗后的临床效果和治疗前后的舒张压、收缩压和心率指标以及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后，观察组上述指标均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：老年高血压急症患者采用乌拉地尔联合硝酸甘油治疗的临床效果更好，有效降低不良反应发生率。

Effect of urapidil combined with nitroglycerin on 34 cases of elderly hypertension patients

ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the effect of urapidil combined with nitroglycerin on blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods： Sixty-eight elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was treated with intravenous drip of nitroglycerin and the observation group with intravenous micropump injection of urapidil hydrochloride. The clinical effect， the levels of diastolic blood pressure （DBP）， systolic blood pressure （SBP） and heart rate （HR） and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results： After treatment， The above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of urapidil combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension emergency is better and the incidence of adverse reactions can be effectively reduced.

高血壓是临床上较为常见的心血管疾病，老年患者居多。目前，临床治疗高血压的方法之一是采用静脉注硝酸甘油，可达到快速降压的效果。有研究发现，静脉注硝酸甘油联合静脉微泵注射盐酸乌拉地尔注射液不仅能够达到快速降血压的效果，还能有效改善患者心率较快的临床表现[1]。本文主要分析了乌拉地尔联合硝酸甘油对老年高血压急症患者血压的影响，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取上海市东方医院吉安医院2018年4月—2019年6月收治的老年高血压急症患者68例，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各34例。对照组：男19例，女15例，年龄65～84岁，平均年龄（68.5±8.2）岁；观察组：男18例，女16例，年龄66～83岁，平均年龄（69.2±7.9）岁。两组一般资料相比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。本次研究经医院伦理委员会批准。
