海事四代卫星网络架构及新业务分析

摘要：针对国际移动卫星通信公司的主流通信系统——海事四代卫星通信系统，介绍了网络架构、卫星载荷的组成和技术特点。近年来，海事四代卫星出现了许多新业务类型，包括适用于流媒体的高速数据传输业务、应用于定位领域的星基增强系统、物联网应用以及军事应用，从信号参数、工作原理以及使用角度对新业务进行了剖析，总结了海事四代卫星业务种类及发展趋势。

Analysis on Inmarsat-4 Satellite Network Architecture and New Business

Abstract：The Inmarsat-4 satellite communication system plays a dominant role in Inmarsat. he network architecture， systemcomposition of satellite payload and technical characteristics of Inmarsat-4 system are introduced. In recent years， multiple newbusinesseses occur in Inmarsat-4， including high data-rate transmission service， satellite-based augmentation system for positioningdomain， Internet of Things and military application. The signal parameter， operating principle and usage of these businesses are analyzedparticularly. Finally， the businesslines and development trend of Inmarsat-4 satellite are summarized.

0 引言

海事四代衛星是国际移动卫星通信公司（Inmarsat）家族中提供主流业务的卫星系统，于 2009 年 2 月提供全球服务，为南、北纬 78° 之间的地区提供无缝隙的移动通信服务。Inmarsat 基于海事四代卫星平台提供的以 BGAN、GSPS 为代表的通信系统，在政府、企业、新闻采访、资源勘探及科考探险等领域获得了广泛应用。近年来，随着用户对宽带数据需求的增加，以及卫星移动通信在物联网和军事应用的快速增长，海事四代卫星系统涌现出了许多新的业务类型及应用，如 HDR、L-TAC、星级增强应用等。

文献[1-3]介绍了海事四代卫星通信系统的组成，在应用方面，侧重于介绍传统通信业务的应用情况，缺少对通信业务的工作原理进行深入分析，尤其缺少对近年来出现的新业务及应用的介绍。本文基于海事四代卫星的网络架构总结了其技术特点，针对近年来出现的新业务及应用，结合卫星网络架构深入剖析了工作原理。……
