平衡积分卡在A保险公司战略管理中的应用

【摘  要】近年来，在我国经济体制改革的基础上，我国现代经济社会不断进步，作为金融业三大支柱之一的保险行业得到了空前的发展，但同时它也面临着前所未有的激烈竞争。要想保持其核心竞争力，实现可持续发展，需要提高公司的战略管理水平。因此，论文以A保险公司为例，根据自身特点，结合其发展现状，借助平衡积分卡在绩效考核中的应用，不断发现并解决保险公司在经营过程中存在的问题，以提升战略管理水平，实现战略目标。

【Abstract】In recent years， on the basis of the reform of China's economic system， China's modern economy and society are progressing continuously. As one of the three pillars of the financial industry， insurance industry has got unprecedented development， but at the same time， it is also faced with unprecedented fierce competition. In order to maintain its core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development， the company needs to improve its strategic management level. Therefore， this paper takes insurance company A as an example， according to its own characteristics， combined with its development status， and by virtue of the application of balanced scorecard in performance appraisal， it constantly finds and solves the problems existing in the operation process of insurance company， so as to improve the level of strategic management and achieve strategic objectives.

1 平衡积分卡和A保险公司的基本介绍

1.1 平衡积分卡

平衡积分卡是一种常见的现代企业绩效管理工具，由罗伯特和戴维提出。其本质是一种衡量绩效的工具，同时也是企业内部和企业之间有效的沟通工具。平衡积分卡方法主要从创新与学习、内部流程、顾客和财务四个角度，将企业的战略和使命具体化为小目标并进行衡量，从而反映财务指标和非财务指标、组织内部和外部、长期战略和短期目标等方面的平衡，为企业创造了一个系统且高效的战略管理体系，帮助企业实现可持续性发展。
